Admission Policy
Heavenly Peace theological Seminary’s admission policy does not permit discrimination on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, disability, or age. Applicants should not be antagonistic to the statement of faith and must agree to adhere to the “Standards of Life” Catalog policy contained herein.
Application to the Seminary implies an intention to be ‘equipped as a leader for service in God’s Kingdom.’ The educational objective of all students is the same: pursue wholeness, gain knowledge, and be equipped to change lives.
Admission to the Seminary is by approval of its Admissions Committee upon receipt of a completed application form, application fee, transcripts, and any other program-specific documents. Applicants may complete their application online via the Heavenly Peace theological Seminary website. The Admissions Office will send applicants written notification of acceptance to or rejection from the Seminary.
Any student interrupting his or her program at Heavenly Peace Theological Seminary for greater than one year must apply for readmission to the program. Readmission must be initiated by the student and includes submitting a completed new application form, updated transcripts if any additional courses have been completed since the previous matriculation period or if previous enrollment was more than five years ago, and application fee. Students being readmitted will need to fulfill the requirements of the Heavenly Peace Theological Seminary catalog in effect when they are readmitted.
Type of Courses and Admission Requeiremnt
Diploma in Biblical Studies and Theology
Diploma Program aimed at empowering students to become Church leaders, missionaries, Biblical Teachers, Counselors, and Pastors.
The students who complete the program will be conferred Diploma in Theology Program. Graduate with a Diploma are required to satisfy the following requirements:
Number of Courses: 20 with 3 Credit Hours
Total Category Credit Hours: 60
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Belief in Christianity
- High School graduation Certificate with a GPA of 1.8 and above.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2.00 GPA at graduation
- No “D”, “F” or “I” grades for Major Courses at graduation
- Completion of 60Credit Hours
Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies and Theology
Bachelor of Arts in Theology Program at Heavenly Peace Theological Seminary is a three years rigors undergraduate program aimed at empowering students to become Church leaders, missionaries, Biblical Teachers, Counselors, and Pastors.
In order to get admission to the college and graduate with a BA Degree students are required to satisfy the following requirements:
Number of Courses: 33 with 3 Credit Hours +1Thesis & Projects 5 credit hour
Total Category Credit Hours: 104
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

2.High School graduation Certificate with a CGPA of 2.0 and above
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
1.Minimum of 2.00 GPA at graduation

3.Completion of 124 Credit Hours
Basic Studies in Masters Degree
Basic Studies in MASTERS at Heavenly Peace Theological Seminary is a two years rigors postgraduate program aimed at empowering students to become Church leaders, missionaries, Biblical Teachers, Counselors, and Pastors.
In order to get admission to the college and graduate with a Masters students are required to satisfy the following requirements.
Number of Courses: 15 with 3 Credit Hours + Thesis & Projects 5 credit hour
Total Category Credit Hours: 50

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Basic Studies in Doctoral Degree
Basic Studies in Doctoral Level at Heavenly Peace Theological Seminary is a two years rigors Doctoral program aimed at empowering students to become Church leaders, missionaries, Biblical Teachers, Counselors, and Pastors.
In order to get admission to the college and graduate with a Doctoral students are required to satisfy the following requirements.
Number of Courses: 12 with 3 Credit Hours + Dissertation & Projects 5 credit hour
Total Category Credit Hours: 41
